New update = CC not recognized?
Hey guys!
After the newest update, something is going wrong with my CC in game. I place all my CC into the correct folder and start up the game only to have the game not recognize that any CC is in the folder at all and be stuck on the CAS loading screen until I force restart my PC. When I load up older saves, it shows all the CC where it is supposed to be, but I cannot enter build mode or access my build mode CC that way either. When no CC is in the folder, the game runs normally. The 50/50 method for testing faulty CC isn't working as the game isn't recognizing any CC that I put into the game at all.
I just feel like I've hit a wall, as I have searched though many search results on how to fix this issue and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
