New update and i already have a glitch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A cottage living fox died of old age on my lot. The grim reaper has not shown up but did show up for one of my elderly chickens.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant save the game, I cant edit or do anything to advance the story. I have not saved in hours. My sims cant travel anywhere because it keeps saying a sim died.
What do you expect to see? I expect my game to save and work like it has been earlier. testingcheatsenabled and shift + click are not working.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After the recent June 16 2023 update I am having this issue. I never had this issue before, brand new to me.
Here is the fox that died on my lot but the Grim Reaper has not shown up and its been well over a day (in-game).
