I need help with these glitchy lines coming out of my sims. I came to the conclusion that when i get rid of the CC hairs, it doesn't have the lines. But, I would still like to use the CC hairs.

If you want to keep it you need to check if the author has updated these. The same goes for all CC/mods you have. When there is an update to the game you need to check for updates to all your CC/mods before enabling it again.
How do I check all my mods are up to date?
