I tried deleting reshade and im bad at working computers so i thought just throwing the software in bin and deleting it would permanently take it off my pc, but now i installed and reinstalled sims 4...

I don't use reshade, but I just googled, and there's an installer with options, which... yeah. For mods, you can easily just throw them away, but apparently reshade isn't the same thing. It puts files in other locations than just your mods folder, for example.
