neptune_atlas That sounds very frustrating. Sorry! Did you have Mods/CC before? If so, when you removed them, did you remove the entire Mods folder from the game, which forces it to add a fresh one? (Also, note that some mods store script files outside that folder that can be left behind and cause issued). If you did have them before, pease close the game and remove the Mods folder to your desktop. Whether you need to do this part or not, please then run a game repair and make sure your game is fully updated.
After all that, if you start a brand new save, do you still see the issue?
