no cc menus showing

for mods such as MC command centre, when i press on the button in the pie menu or anywhere else, nothing happens whereas i would expect to see a menu listing the different functions. However, menus for adopting cats and dogs etc, still show fine? i have uninstalled and reinstalled most of that cc several times but no effect? Help please!

    @1COO1b 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
