CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading

This game really isn't much without mods and cc and at this point, I am sick of mods breaking every update. I am sick of having to rely on already tired creators who have to figure out what's wrong every update. I am sick of not being able to play the game for a week after it gets updated because mods need to be updated. I was already iffy in February but this really is my last straw. 

I really don't see the point in making us pay for cc when kits are already a thing, and sims could pay a lot more for a creator to make a collection, that to post stuff to a marketplace. I understand that its for console players, but are we really going to sacrifice the majority of your pc players just so that console players get to have a slight bit more customization that they still have to pay for? It just feels like a moneygrab by EA, seeing where they might be able to squeeze out a few more dollars out of us. 

Im done with the sims and honestly, I hope other people use this as their excuse to stop supporting a company that clearly doesnt see it's players as more than just a wallet.
