@kanamihope The typical issues for this are any mod that affects the menu. Some mods move items into "bake" (so the game popup is telling you the wrong place to look). Other menu mods, like More Servings, might not be compatible with the "cook this" part of the current Rewards Event.

You can make them. What i did was i go to cooking and them i clicked on sweets and then i got all the sweets you can cook and you have to scroll down until you find Chocolate Chip Cookies.
