How early do you have your celebrity(ies) arrive to the PBP Lounge Studios? I have found that they shouldn't arrive before 6pm. Right at or just a tad after will usually show a Host in the parking lot area with others. This was after I discovered the mod that grants me a 21-day season was causing all kinds of interference with the Accolades Show. If all else fails, do a game repair and take your celebrity to the lounge at 6pm.
