No lights in Mt. Komorebi

Hello! Since the release of snowy escape I've not been able to see any lights during the festival of lights in Mt. Komorebi. All the lanterns in the water, on the festival grounds and the lights on the graveyard are dimmed for some reason. I'm playing on a 2015 Macbook Pro 15'' with an i7/2.2ghz/16gb ram with a 500gb SSD. My settings are on High or Very High with uncompressed sims text. on and post processing effects on too. It has the retina display on with a high resolution obviously. I have no idea why there are never any lights in my game during this festival. I am using mods and MC CC, but I've tested it without mods and mc cc in, and the same thing happened. Please help!
