No option for 'Try for a Baby' (Ghost)

My sims can't try for a baby. I only have a husband and wife (the wife is a ghost). I've never had a sim and a ghost sim have a baby, so I thought why not try something that I've never done before. There's no option when I clock on the bed nor the shower, only to Woo-Hoo. I've turned off the cheats.

Please don't ask me about the cc or mods because I don't know what cc means nor anything with NPCs. Plus, the wife was adopted as a baby along with her brothers and sister. And, the husband is from a pre-existing family.

I moved her out along with her now husband. They had twin girls from pregnancy. I went back to her siblings to work on them since they all went to college. All three siblings got a phone call saying the wife has passed away. I have noticed that when I was on her sister's page and looking at the family tree, I noticed the wife had twin boys that I didn't know about. I went back to her and the husband's household to play and the twin boys are not in the household. Since my two sims can't have children, I've been having my sim adopt kids.
