No option to for graduation

My Sims final grades popped up when I was with her husband at work in the doctor career so I couldn't really see what all it said because his options to end the work day popped up at the same time. It's the next day and no option to go to graduation comes up. She doesn't have her picture or degree but it say she graduated. I don't know where to go from here that was her aspiration. I'm playing on Xbox 1 so I can't use mods and I can't use cheats because I'm trying to do the legacy achievement

    @cassie089 The degree isn't given to your sim until 6 pm the day they should graduate.

    If you can, reload a previous save and don't follow the dr to work to see if the graduation works correctly. If you haven't, you can also try shutting the game down and relaunching it.

    The issue with both popups at the same time sounds like a bug that you should report on the bug forum. Please open a bug report on the Bug Forum for this issue.
