No pop-up for custom pronouns

I'm trying to use custom pronouns but the pop up is not there pls help Edit By Crinrict: Split from other thread, Adjusted Titel

I have the latest update but i can still not change my sims pronom

I go to cas - first name - last name

Then there is nothing more after th first and last name no dropdown.

It is so far only available in English. If you do play with English Sims 4 remove your mods and try without.
