Hi thanks for the feedback. So, basically i've left no stone unturned trying to figure out what the problem is. Coolspears mod is definitely broken. And Bienchen did an update but the game acts like the mod isn't there.
I even went as far as installing a mod to hide the celebrity disguise but i'm not sure that's working because my celebrities are disguised but the paparazzi show up where ever they go.
