No romantic interactions or pregnancy test

Hello! 

I am having issues with my Sims 4 game. I have a couple that are engaged and they have limited romance interactions such as massage but they can’t do much else. My female sim also can not take a pregnancy test. I’ve tried repairing my game, taking out my mods, and deleting cache and it is srk the same. Can anyone help?
