no sims at venues, sims not showing up

whenever my sim goes out. there is no one at any lots, including workers. when she tries to hire a worker they also do not show up. and when she tries inviting people or starts a gathering they also don’t show up.

@julialeeanne1 Are you using mods and do you have more than 8 Sims in your household ? If so you also need to up the amount of Sims allowed on community lots.
