No Urns With Sim Died

 i finding that with the new neighborhood stories when a sim died on a lot not played there is no urn or tombstone for them for the sim to morn or to try to bring back there ghost.this seems to happen all the time. i have seen ghost at events but they are not attached to the house hold with urn and it makes it hard to play the game. i have a mod for removing g sensor mosaic and have not had any issues with this mod. plz help with this issue of missing urns in other household that have the sims die in neighborhood stores. thank you from a lifetime sim fan
