No Waiters in Restaurant (only Waiters)

Which language are you playing the game in? Nederlands
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except for rent and most of the kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to restaurant with opt fame off
What happens when the bug occurs? So the Host and Chefs are there but the waiters are no where to be found
What do you expect to see? waiters should show up so i can use dine out again
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I used a new save file so i thought oh maybe thats the problem but its not, it all happend after the recent update

 IDo yall know how to fix this? I have already tried disabling fame thing and that gave me my chefs and host back but not the waiters
