No WhooHoo Option for Any Sims

None of my sims can currently woohoo. It doesn't matter where or who there is simply no woohoo option. The handful of sims in question are all adults/young adults who've never been aged down with high romantic and friendship connections. I've cleared my cache, I've repaired the game, I've moved beds and showers around and nothing. I turned off mods and that did nothing so it's not a mod. I even went into CAS to make sure they were all sexually attracted to their partner's gender and nope nothing. It is also possibly of note that they'll be flirty and kissing before I try and it doesn't matter.  I'm talking about married couples too. Has anyone experienced this and managed to fix this?

    I'm not sure what you mean by turning off mods.  I assume you mean unchecking the box in Game Options.  Doing just that will not stop all mods from working.  So, the only way to be sure it is not one of your mods causing the problem is to remove the mods folder from the game path, either to your desktop or somewhere else out of the game path.

    From what you have described, I am pretty sure you have a mod causing the problem.

    So, move the mods folder, start the game and see if your sims will woohoo.  If they can, it is a mod causing it.  Exit the game without saving.  Then you'll have to test all mods to see which one is the culprit.  It is highly unlikely that it is being caused by CC, but if you don't find the problem after testing your mods, test your CC too.  Depending on what and how much you have, testing things will take a lot of time and patience.
