On Mac with only T.O.O.L and BBB installed. I can see the events tab in the main menu, I can complete the quest. But I can't actively get into the menu with the rewards through any means. It's been like this since the October 1st update if that helps.

Hiya friends. I started the reapers rewards event today, and my quests are clearing just fine, but I cannot access the rewards page at all? Is there a fix, solution or workaround to get it to open? Thanks loves <3

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Sims 4 in Live Mode. Click on Reaper Rewards event icon in top left corner of screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clicking on the Reaper Rewards icon in the top left corner of the screen does not open the Event UI for me to claim rewards from the event. Nothing happens, so I cannot claim the rewards.
What do you expect to see? Clicking on this icon should open the Reaper Rewards event UI in game and allow me to claim the rewards from the event.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Clicking on the Reaper Rewards Icon in the top left corner of the screen in game should open the Event UI and allow me to claim rewards, but it does nothing.
I'm having the same exact problem! I really hope it gets fixed soon.

If that's not the issue, please remove your Mods folder and try again. You don't have to save your progress; this is just a test.
I'm completely unable to access the rewards UI to claim my rewards. Everything else is showing up just fine, but I can't access the rewards. I went to see if I could claim it in the main menu, but I couldn't access the event tab either! I can click on both options just fine, but nothing happens. I'm really not sure what to do here :/
same here :/ i tried updating the EA app, verifying files through steam, removing all mods - and still nothing is working.
Try repairing your game.
@Orcamelon Turn off Organized Debug then remove your mods and try again. Removing BBB and Tool won't affect your game at all.
