Not able to click on objects or sims or options sims 4

I've been unable to click on any objects, sims or anything. Travel, phone and build mode still works. I've used the ORGIN REPAIR thing, and restarted my computer TWICE. (Windows 10, Asus laptop.) ...

My game is doing this too. I just got the backyard pack and have zero mods ever used.
