Not able to see VideoCamera.ini settings change in game

Hello, I'm having issues with using the camera in the game. I go to the VideoCamera.ini file and I scroll down to the bottom options, I'm suppose to be able to change Default Interpolator parameters ...

Hi! I don't know if you've already fixed it, but I was struggling for so many months without success, and I just figured it out. While searching for a solution again, I read that the mod 'Buckley Tab Mode Camera' overrides the file videocamera.ini. So, I was using that mod and I deleted it and tried again, and voilà! It worked. That mod was the big issue. I hope this helps if you're also using the mod; get rid of that to make it work... or at least for me work!
