Nothing happens at Vet Clinic even when open.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When opening a vet clinic, and the employees, customers, and employees do nothing.
What happens when the bug occurs? I opened a vet clinic, and everything was fine until I opened it. Customers come in with no star thing on their head, no greet option, and they just sit around. I even hired employees and all they do is clean and that's it. My sim also keeps on making food around the vet. Basically acting like the vet is their home. When I attempt to help sick animals it says that I have not greeted anyone and that there are no sick pets, the vet is open, my sim is wearing a uniform, still.
What do you expect to see? Pretty much what I said above.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@GamerMatt9089Customers only get the stars above their head and can be treated once they sign in by going to the check-in podium which can be found in build mode; I'd suggest to make sure that the sims are able to reach it (e.g. try playing another household who don't own the vet clinic and see if they can sign in their pet in) and see if that works
