NPCC mod by Paulson
I love this mod but they stopped updating it. But I found their patreon and there are updates on it but they are locked publicly. Is this the only way to get updates is to support or am I missing a public download?

- Unfortunately no, the creator doesn't update his free version.
There are similar free mods like Zero's No Random Townies mod.
