NPCs die all the time

Hello everyone.
I've been active for two weeks now. NPCs keep dying! For two weeks, somewhere in the background, for unknown reasons, already 5 people died - acquaintances of my character.
Is it normal?
P.S. weather effect disabled, it's not freezing
