Older Sims having moodlets from Infant traits

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.127.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? CL, Vampires, RoM, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Seasons, C&D, CL, Desert Lux, MWS, DHD, Paranormal, SE, EL, Nifty Knitting, DU, IL, Strangerville, GF, Jungle Adventure, MFP, Toddler Stuff, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Kids Room, Dine out, Romantic Garden, Movie Night, GT, Spooky Stuff, Spa Day, GTW, Perfect Patio, Outdoor Retreat, Holiday Celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age up an infant sim or toddler sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? A Sim older than an infant or toddler will get moodlets from infant and toddler traits.
What do you expect to see? I expect sims to get moodlets related to their current traits, not their infant ones. For example, a teen sim is still getting wiggly moodlets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch that introduced infants.

I looked through the March 19th post on this topic.  Tried resetting the game with no result.  I am up to date on patches as of 6/4/23, including the patch that was related to this problem.  My teen sim is still getting wiggly moodlets. The other part of this issue is that I can't fix this in game or by cheat.  The trait doesn't show up, so it can't be removed by a potion and the cheat does nothing.  At first glance the sim doesn't have the trait at all, but is still getting moodlets for it.

@shelleagh I don't think the bug fix can fix existing Sims so I'm going to move this to game issues for troubleshooting.

I checked one of your households with a child (hope that's the right one and found one that still has a commodity (commodity_Infant_Wiggly) and I'm guessing that's what's causing the moodlet still.

I need to look up how to remove a commodity (bit short on time rn) but I do know you need a mod for it. MCCC might even just have them listed and you can remove it if you check the right section.

Would be using a mod for this be an option for you ? You can remove it again after fixing the SIm.

    EDIT:

Cheat (only works with allcheats mods)
