Ondarion won't open, the screen stays completely white

When I click on Ondarion, the screen stays completely white and doesn't finish opening. I can only play with Sims from this world by having them visit a house in another world and then return home. I...

Acfc1000​  Please remove your entire Mods folder and test again.  If that doesn't work, test the world in a new save, for comparison's sake; and let me know whether you've placed any residential rental in Ondarion.
