@Jewelay12First thing is trying testing without your Mods. To do so move your mods folder to the Desktop, delete the localthumbcache.package file from The Sims 4 folder and restart the game. If the problem doesn't happen, you need to find out what mod is causing the issue. Maybe is an outdated one.
