@CkeyaraCameron I'm so sorry you're having this problem. That would drive me crazy! Would you mind sharing your lot to the gallery? I would like to see if I can replicate this issue you're having. Maybe you could name it something like "Routing Problems" just so other players know there could be issues.
Edit: One thing I just thought of is maybe check to see if somehow the doors to the house got locked only for the one sim. Click on the exterior doors. If you get an unlock option, click that and see if that resolves the issue. If not, I really would like to test the lot in my game.
