Only my aldult & young aldult sims can interact to each other and the computer

My teenage sims can't interact to the computer and other sims, but when i age up her, she can use computer and interact with other sims. Someone please help me fix this, please!

@tffg1hi9wnm6 Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does the problem happen without that content? Please test if you haven't already: move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
