Options aren’t working for adults

So I’m playing sims 4 on Mac Book and I moved my sims to a new home and my options stopped showing up for adults the options only show up for my toddler and for me to do other things like clean cook sleep etc how do I fix it yes my sims is updated yes I have updated mods and yes I’ve deleted and added them back and yes I restarted the game and laptop still nothing
