@crinrict Here are some screenshots of what I'm seeing, hopefully this is what you were asking for. I was able to fix the issue temporarily by resetting to factory settings, but now even that wont fix the issue. Thank you for taking the time to respond

  @Pjdell18 That's usually a installation issue. What security software are you using ? Could you double check that nothing is blocking Sims or EA app ?
