Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? my pregnant sim and her family went on vacation when she started her 3rd trimester. And for the first time ever I think she is roughly two days past her due date (No mods, cc, etc.) Is there a way to get her to give birth or will it eventually happen on its own? I am currently restarting my game.
What do you expect to see? This would actually be a cool feature to have pregnancies that go past the expected due date, but I’m sure this is a glitch.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Over due sims pregnancy
I restarted the game and she was still pregnant, but once I made her travel to another world the buff started flashing after a few sim hours and she went into labor.
