Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the Menu, go to Game Options and then Pack Settings
What happens when the bug occurs? Pack Settings for Cottage Living/Animal Aging (for cows/llamas/chickens and I assume mini goats and sheep) are completely missing. I can't turn aging on/off for these animals. I am not even sure whether animal aging is on or off in any given save, as I can't see the option at all.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Animal Aging settings so that I can turn animal aging on/off.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded Horse Ranch (with the Rockin' Rancher items) and ever since the option has been missing. I am unsure whether the option was there or not after Tuesday's patch, I did try to install the patch on Tuesday but did not have chance to play. The Pack Settings for Cottage Living/Animal Aging were definitely there on Monday of this week (before the patch and Horse Ranch release).
I have tried restarting the game, accessing an old save, and starting a new save. I have tried renaming my saves folder (Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves) and restarting TS4, but it is exactly the same in a totally "new" game.
I have also tried to Repair my game through the EA App but it did not make the correct options appear.
I have attached two screenshots. Both are from the Manage Worlds screen (one showing Henford-on-Bagley, one Chestnut Ridge), but the animal aging option is also missing also when I access the menu from within a household.
