@anniemay3 I apologize... I believe I misunderstood that your issue was not the game/task froze or something along that line, but rather that the goal will not complete for you? If this is the issue, please reference this Bug Report. You can add your information to the report, plus you can "XP" and "Me Too" the report and follow it so that you get notified if any workarounds or a fix comes out. Also, there is one reply on the report where Sims Guru Nick asks for game saves (comment #3). I don't see a follow-up where he states that they have enough game saves, so maybe you could share your game save with him as well? ...
