Parenting Predicatments Senario will not complete

I'm currently playing the Parenting Predicaments senario and none of "Set up a Child-Friendly Home" goals are completing. I've sent the children to sleep, had them eat leftovers, grab a quick meal, play with toys from chest, and given them baths. The goals will not mark as complete.

I've reset my game a few times and also repaired it in Origin, still does not work.

Please HELP!

@itsjujuubxtch I moved this to game issues for now since the scenario has many issues.

Are you using any mods/c ?

I use T.O.O.L and BetterBuildBuy. No CC

@itsjujuubxtch Not sure if those play a role so could you please test without them ?

Move your mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache file and test on a backup of your save game.

Moving this back to mods/cc until tested on vanilla.
