"Part" Error Mc Command

Hi! 

I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem I've been having whenever I download Sims 4 custom buildings. I keep getting a "part" exception and I don't understand how to fix it. The game won't let me place a bed, I also keep getting an animation error explaining that this "part" has something to do with it. I've tried to get help directly from deadpools discord server but I don't understand how they work it. I've also tried deleting beds or any bad cc that I know is the problem. I'm going to keep updating my mods folder but if there are any better suggestions please let me know!

    Try the following

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
