Re: Reporting CC Creators Locking Content Behind a Permanent Paywall

Hi everyone,

Like many of you, I'm a huge supporter of our custom content creators and believe they deserve to be rewarded for their hard work. That's why I fully support EA's policy that allows for a reasonable early access period on platforms like Patreon.

However, it's becoming impossible to ignore the growing number of creators who are breaking this rule by putting their content behind permanent paywalls. We all know this isn't "early access"—it's a direct violation of EA's own terms.

My question is simple: What is the official, correct way to report these creators to EA?

I've spent time on the EA Help site, but I'm struggling to find a clear path. The dropdown menus for reporting don't seem to have an obvious category for "Terms of Service Violation for Paid Custom Content." I know I can't be the only one who has tried to report this and hit a dead end.

· Are we supposed to use the "Report a Bug" category?
· Is it under "Manage my Account"?
· Or is there a hidden contact form we're supposed to use?

If an EA Community Manager sees this, clarity would be hugely appreciated. For the rest of the community, if you know the secret handshake or have successfully reported a creator before, please share your knowledge!

Let's help each other (and EA) uphold the rules that keep our community fair and creative for everyone.
