Pets are Missing Eye Colors

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a household in which your sims already have a pet or adopt a pet from the adoption page and then go into cas.fulleditmode on and try to change their eye color. I am able to change their eye color if I go into cas from the home screen but not if they are already existing pets.
What happens when the bug occurs? The left eye button is missing every swatch, it is just completely blank but the button for the match eye color is still there. If I click on the right eye the colors show up but the match eye color button is on top of the color swatches. I can pick a color for the right eye and if I hit match eye color nothing happens. Then if I switch back to the left eye with match eye color checked it resets both eyes back to the original left eye color. The color of the eyes are also just white which is not an option so that is weird.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to change the color of the left eye and see color swatches available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
