the simology panel seemed to be working until my alien teen changed into human disguise then the game broke with simology breaking the same way as before. could not use ctrl, alt, delete to leave the game had to force off with shut down.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them including lovestruck
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play as a teenager alien and change your disguise to human
What happens when the bug occurs? the simology panel is broken, strobe lights on the Caracter traits, frozen game, can not exit unless force shut down PC
What do you expect to see? a working game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? yes Mods, but they were removed for update, and all the other updates. game does the same thing with or without mods.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? yes after July 23rd path update.
Could you edit your post to include a bug report template? And by breaking the Simology panel again, do you mean this issue?
