What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Bust the Dust kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open simology panel when playing as a teen
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no scroll bar, character values are the only thing present, but the icons are blocked out, there are positive and negative increase arrows at the same time, and the bar is flipping back and forth between fully positive and fully negative. once the simology panel is opened, no other panels can be opened, you can not enter build mode, and you can not save to exit, you have to end task through Task Manager
What do you expect to see? sim's traits, likes/dislikes, turn-ons/offs, character values as normal, personality types
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The pre-Lovestruck expansion update caused this glitch
Even after the second patch to fix this glitch, it still happens. I'm very annoyed and disappointed in the roll-out of this patch and its subsequent attempted fixes. I was very excited about the new expansion pack, but that excitement is gone now, considering I can't even play the game.
I've been trying to get ahold of the Sims team through @TheSimsDirect on Twitter/X but have had no luck. I mostly just want to know that they are still working on a fix for this and that this is a priority. It has been 5 days. Absolutely ridiculous
