1. Have you run a game repair? If so, did that change anything?
2. Can you check if this is happening on a completely new, fresh save, with caches cleared and no mods? How recently did you remove the mods before, and did you clear the cache?
3. Is this only happening to Teens or are all Sims with Character Value panels affected?
