what do I do with the old Sims 4 map?

can I take my save file and put it in the newer Sims 4 map?

@alvaa02 I'm going to merge this with the main thread now as I'm unable to duplicate the issue on your save game.

If you added back any mods/cc, please remove again and see if it goes away.
