Have you tried removing your mods/cc ?

Thank you!!. And yes, I removed my mods. I updated without the mods, then when it was finished, I went to play normal. No mods, new save, and all, and it still was messed up.

@Kura24 Do you get any LE's produced by this? Also, if you use Better Exceptions or MC Command Center, could you please reinstall those and see if they produce an exception files?

  Looking that the folder now, yes there are actually 8 LE from the past month
