i have tried on a blank modlesss save and it also didn't work. i saw someone here say they repaired the game and it worked , but i did that and it still happened. it's still unplayable. i hope they fix it soon

@beatrizpfarias Please try these things in this order:
- Rename the user folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4)
- Use the EA App to run a Game Repair (or do the equivalent on Steam if that's your launcher)
- When it's finished running, start Sims 4. It should act like you've never played before, showing you all the "new" packs you have. There should be nothing in the Load menu. If it doesn't, please let me know, and also let me know if you're on a Mac or not
- Start at New.
- When you get to Live mode, check if the tab works. Include a screenshot.
