Phantom Adoption Notifications
What's going on here? MCCC story progression and neighbourhood stories are completely switched off.

This is a setting in MCCC. Instead of culling (deleting) sims when they are neglected and taken away (and would cease to exist) or in the case of all teens/adults/elders dying in a household with child or younger sims, the game has them "adopted" into another household. This is also the case with pets.
JulietJuly22 Is there a setting in MCCC to turn this off so i can test it?
