I have sims 4 on a steamdeck. Do you know how to provide those files from a steamdeck?
@Julylilac I have no idea how steamdeck works. Did it ever work better ? Can you adjust any setttings on steam deck ? Maybe they got changed somehow ?
I played on the steamdeck about a month ago and the pictures were not pixelated like this since then I have played with the setting both in game and on the steamdeck to try and fix this already.

If it's just Steamdeck, I can't help unfortunately since I have no idea how it works.
