plasticbox's kitchen cupboard for off the grid?

So Plasticbox made a wonderful kitchen cupboard a while back - here it is- and when I heard of the off the grid lot trait, I immediately thought of this fridge and how well it would fit on an off the grid lot. The problem is, I don't know how to make it work for off the grid - maybe there's no way to do that yet, but I really thought this was a good idea. Does anyone have an idea?
btw, there's a fitted kitchen cupboard and a kitchen in the same style aswell.
