Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

The sink issue is known and there currently are no fix for it.

Badly enough it's not working well.. i am not even putting in the mods and i have already a issue with my restaurant. They leaving before they eat.... it's not that they wait to long, most of them leaving with 4 stars. We bring the meal, and they go... and on the table there comes nothing... I think the update did shake the game a bit... 😞

Did the suggestion from @jpkarlsen solve the problem you reported in your first post?
There are lots of reports about the restaurant. Please try searching for "restaurant" using the AHQ search function. If you don't see the same problem you are looking at, please create a new thread.
It is not a good idea to report multiple issues in one thread.

Sorry to hear that.
The first post presents several problems, but I have one suggestion regarding the issue of not using objects.
When you place an object, are you placing it with Move Object on?
MOO allows objects to be placed in positions where they could not originally be placed.
This can cause the sim to recognize the object as unusable.
So, try turning off Move Object and repositioning the unusable object. This may not solve the problem of not using the sink, as there may be other causes, but it may improve the refrigerator.
May your problem be solved.
