Played sims show no autonomy during festivals since the patch

Since the patch, my played sim shows almost no autonomy while attending festivals, even with high autonomy. Unplayed sims have autonomy, but a played sim will not, even if needs get very low. Very ra...

@rbx3 By played Sims do you mean Sims in your household that aren't active currently or Sims from another household that you have played ?

I take it outside of festivals they are acting normal ?

I usually play with just 1 sim. When that sim goes to a festival, it does not do anything autonomously until the festival is over, and then it starts doing things autonomously again. In all other situations, autonomy works.
New step taken: I deleted cached files, no change.
This all includes when the sim has orange hunger or other serious low needs, which normally cause a sim to do something: It will stand motionless instead of trying to buy food.

  @rbx3 Could you test another save game/another Sim to see if they have the same issue to see if it's the Sim that causes the issue or a general issue.

    Hello and thanks again for the responses--so far I have seen this problem on three different playthroughs (3 different save games and different sims).
